The residential nature of the event hosted at a typical Spanish country house provided opportunities for close interaction between the teams of 10 agencies based in China, Dubai, Canada, the USA, Sweden, Finland, The Netherlands, Germany, France, and the UK.

Sina Schlitt, a Brand Consultant at wob (BBN Germany) attended the event for the first time and commented: "The BBN Academy offers the perfect platform to meet people from all over the world and to exchange new BBN tools and practical experience. It is always inspiring to see how people from different nationalities and agencies collaborate."

The agenda on November 17th and 18th was fully packed, and everyone was enthusiastic about the opportunity to work on a real client brief within mixed teams made up of specialists from different fields. "This approach provided the unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of all service offerings, especially Digital which we are now placing at the centre of all our campaigns. Working in cross functional teams illustrates our strong emphasis on developing fully integrated solutions for our clients," pointed out Richard Brelet, the Executive Director of BBN.
