As part of a new tradition to hold EB meetings in the cities
of member agencies, BBN also invited Pavel and Petr
Marek (pictured above), respectively the Managing
Director and the Executive Director
of Marco BBN Czech Republic, to
join the discussions and social activities. Following the meeting,
Pavel Marek commented: "It is always a pleasure for us to meet the
leaders of the BBN network and to share our local experiences with
them. We were flattered by the fact that the Board chose Prague for
its first meeting this year, as this shows strong and continuous
support for our agency."
The main topic of discussion was BBN's new integrated
offering which was launched last November at the annual Academy in
Madrid. The offering is centred around Brand Asset Management,
Digital Contact Strategy, PR and Social Media, and the network's
approach to Creative - the Big, Long Idea. BBN is also continuing
its geographic expansion, with a new European member to be
announced shortly. Richard Brelet, Executive Director of BBN,
pointed out: "We are very excited about our new member and
especially about the digital expertise which they will bring to the
table. We are in advanced discussions with several more agencies,
and we look forward to meeting more talented B2B agencies from
other continents."
Rob Morrice, Chairman of BBN and MD of IAS b2b Marketing,
highlighted the achievements of the new Executive Board so far: "I
am delighted by the dynamic among the relatively new Board members.
They are all committed to the network, and I am confident that with
their leadership we will achieve the ambitious goals we have set
ourselves for the months ahead."
