The best sales professionals in Poland were recently awarded at the Polish National Sales Awards (PNSA), a project developed by BBN Poland.
The sales awards were designed to reward best practices, establish a professional sales ethos, inter-exchange of experiences, skills certification, lobbying for the sales profession and to increase the level of sales professionalism in Poland.
In addition to driving the project, BBN Poland instigated the corporate identity for PNSA, the advertising campaign and all PR activities associated with the Gala.
The PNSA competition is the first of several comprehensive activities which creates a perfect communication platform for organisations to highlight their sales success and show that they are a people oriented business that develops outstanding and highly professional sales people.
Elzbieta Pelka, founder of the PNSA and owner of BBN Poland, comments "The first edition of Polish National Sales Awards has been prepared in collaboration with local practices and based on the experience of British industry, including Don Hales, Founder of National Sales Awards UK, and Ph.D. Chahid Fourali, Head of Marketing & Sales Standards Setting Body, the original creator of the methodology and principles of the contest."
As a result, the competition moves to the best practices for Polish market and raises the prestige of the sales profession.
